The allegedly deliberately lit fire continues to burn at Morwell open cut coal mine. Victorian Premier Dennis Napthine and his government including local representative Russell Northe is faced with the need for emergency measures to protect the safety of the town's population and manage the impact on nearby Hazelwood Power Station.
