The Kennett Ascendancy.

The Victorian Labor Government reveals that in 1997 the Kennett Government commissioned academic historian, Dr. Malcolm Kennedy, to write a 100,000 word account of its achievements. Finance Minister, John Brumby said that the contract price for the book to be called 'The Kennett Ascendancy' is $100,000.
