Beazley holds off on detailing tax changes.

Federal opposition leader Kim Beazley holds off on details of his promised roll back of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) as Prime Minister John Howard says that he expects nervousness in the community until the benefits of the tax package become obvious in July.
