GST confusion, aviation fuel crisis - both continue.

Prime Minister John Howard returns early from holidays in order to aid acting treasurer Joe Hockey as confusion about the Goods and Services Tax (GST) continues. At the same time, with about half Australia's light aircraft still grounded, the contaminated aviation fuel crisis continues with no solution in sight.
