Option 1V - In memoriam.

In an operation called Option 1V probably the largest helicopter evacuation in history was completed from Saigon, Vietnam. Evacuation began on April 29th, 1975 and was completed by May 1st. Twenty years later in May,1995 Vietnam and the United States established diplomatic and Trade Relations.
