Who needs a tunnel?

A suggested solution to complaints about traffic in Melbourne (based on the popular claim that the Yarra River flows upside down!).

Eventually the CityLink project was established and managed by TransUrban led to the opening of two tunnels in the year 2000, both of which run under the Yarra.
