of Government Meeting) in Vancouver Canada.

the verge of the crash that occurred on 19th October, 1987. Also
Queen Elizabeth II had given up her role as Head of State in Fiji
where a second coup led by Colonel Sitiveni Rambuka had succeeded in
September. Fiji was outside the Commonwealth as a result of the coup.
At the time 'Cats' was a hit musical with including a hit song
'Memories' by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
