Facing eviction?

For 26 years the Liberal-Coalition Party of Victoria had been in power. Under the incumbent Premier Lindsay Thompson there was a hard fight to retain office. The rejuvenated Labor Party under the leadership of Opposition leader John Cain was seen to gain ground on Liberal members who sat in Parliament house.
