In the wash!

The State of Victoria had the relief in the Eastern areas of heavy rain which briefly interrupted a long drought.

A city casino had been mooted for the city of Melbourne. The objections on every side were loud and long as State Premier Sir Rupert Hamer attempted to work through the safety of the proposal.
