No sale here!Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser was in Europe for the Bonn summit on 19th June. His wife Tamie accompanied him. A bargaining point was Australia's supplies of uranium which were coveted by many countries. Malcolm Fraser had originally had high hopes for the inclusion of Australia in trade negotiations with the European members of the Common Market especially of our beef and lamb and farm produce. |
