Does it help?
On March 1, 1973, eight members of the Black September Organisation,
stormed a party at the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Khartoum taking
George Curtis Moore, the American chargé d'affaires, Cleo Noel Jr,
the US ambassador to Sudan, and Belgian diplomat Guy Eid, hostage.
On the evening of the following day all three men were murdered.
On March 13th the Sudanese goverment closed the PLO office in Khartoum and
expelled its head from the country. The Black September Organisation was
subsequently disbanded soon after, apparently under pressure from the PLO
which appeared to have decided that the terrorist acts only damaged the
Palestinan cause.
