The horror, the horror...

Critics in London accuse the MCC of being afraid of Benaud's bowling after a batting collapse in the first Ashes Test between England and Australia. Richie Benaud collected 6 wickets for 115 runs.

Note: this cartoon was done for the Hobart Mercury, before Geoff started including the hook. If you look carefully you'll be able to see a rhubarb tin and a picture of Jeff and baby son number 1 (playing on the roof even!).
