Just not getting it.

Families in celebration, Victorian Police and State and city authorities were appalled at the violence exhibited by rival gangs of youths in Melbourne's CBD after the Family Fireworks for Moomba long weekend finished at 9.30 pm on Saturday night March 12. The Festival has it's climax in the Moomba Parade held on Monday morning through the city. The Monarchs of Moomba this year are Michelle Payne - Melbourne Cup winning jockey - and her strapper brother Stevie.
