A final fix for the traffic problem.

Victorian premier Daniel Andrews announces a 1.3 billion road upgrade for transport to Melbourne Airport - Tullamarine. Thirty-three kilometers of extra road lanes will be added to the present system. There are great traffic and parking problems for commuters.

Meanwhile the rail link from the city to the airport is still off the books.
