Runoff...

After years of drought there is excess rainfall in the State of Victoria and, although unthinkable 12 months ago, piped water from the Goulburn supply has filled Sugarloaf dam with the overflow now having to go out to sea. The greater capacity Thomson Dam although not full, is not connected Sugarloaf or to the pipeline system.
