It's clean as well!

Australia signed the UNFCCC which involved Climate change issues in June, 1992 and ratified it in December, 1992. Australia had allocated $72 million and made a joint statement for the Asia-Pacific Partnership on Clean Development.

Meanwhile parts of Eastern Victoria were having rain events that caused flooding and dislocation of people and animals. A long drought had broken in 1990.
