Waiting, waiting, waiting...

State elections were held in Victoria on 3rd October, 1992. The Labor Government of Joan Kirner was defeated by Liberal Party lead by Jeff Kennett. Voters were impatient for economic, structural and work place changes.

At the same time, extremely wet weather conditions caused havoc and went on to a year of floods in summer of 1993.
