A new opportunity?

On 25th June, 1991 the Social Security (Job Search and Newstart) Amendment Act 1991 was ratified. The Newstart allowance was for the retraining of people who had been made unemployed and for those whose jobs were disappearing. Recession effected both jobs and economic growth.
