All Aboard!Labor leader Bob Hawke was Prime Minister when the Industrial Relations Commission rejected Accord Mark VI. These Accords achieved Industrial wages and conditions reform which had been introduced in 1983 and continued until 1996 under Labor Governments. The Workplace and Relations Act 1996 was introduced by The Howard Government and continued enterprise bargaining for unions and individuals. |
