A sweetener, perhaps?

Jeffrey Kennett was suggesting that the number of MP's in State Parliament of Victoria should be cut. Then Premier John Cain described him as a 'Bull in a China shop'. Artist's licence has Sir Joh reflecting on his recent experience and suggesting that Mr Kennett use a sweetener.
