Good for a sling!

Victoria - "The Garden State" - had experienced a period of extremely heavy rain. The heart-breaking task of cleaning up after homes have been inundated followed a storm that caused the flooding of 100 homes in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.

At the time there was also some concerns being expressed about the quality of discussions been carried out in Australia's Federal parliament...
