It's not easy being green...

The Green Movement was in its very early days. Racing and football had been cancelled due to excessive rain in the icy winter time temperatures in Victoria, Australia. Energy use was on the agenda as the uranium debate emerged and the more pragmatic issues of general use by the population became important.
