Australian Prime Minister Billie McMahon makes a state visit to Indonesia. He is welcomed by Indonesian President Major-General Suharto and his wife Siti Hartinah Suharto. A Federal election was looming at the end of the year and it was hoped a successful visit would reflect on domestic politics and outcomes for Billie McMahon.
