The real image?

Rival candidates for the November Presidential Election were Republican Party nominee Richard Nixon and Democratic Senator Hubert Humphrey. The Nixon Campaign used the advertisements 'Vote like your whole life depended on it' in conjunction with scenes of unrest at home and defeat in Vietnam. Nixon secured a narrow win in the election to become President.
