A UFO!

The Mariner IV Spacecraft flew by Mars on July14th and July 15th 1965. There was great pre-occupation on Earth at the time, not only with the possibilities of the Space Program, but also with reported sightings of UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects) and the question of whether there was terrestrial life on other planets.
