The jig wasn't up!

Leading up to his re-election in Federal Elections held in November, 1963 Liberal Prime Minister Sir Robert Menzies has a dance named after him.

The text says: "PERTH - Scotsman in Perth are dancing a new reel now - the Sir Robert Menzies Scottish Thistle."

This cartoon was done before Geoff started using his trade mark "Hook", however it does feature a can of rhubarb and a baby!
